Shipping
Our United States based manufacturing facilities allow us to provide free fast shipping to most locations within the United States. Please note, your art is made for you, once you place the order, please allow three business days for the item to ship and a shipping label to be provided. Once shipped, orders generally arrive in three to six business days to the lower 48 states.
Order Tracking
Tracking your order is very easy. Simply enter your order number and email on the order tracking page found at the bottom of your screen to track your order. Please note that the tracking information will generally be provided 3 days after you place your order.
Returns
We offer free returns on all orders! Any new product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Please contact customer support to schedule the return.
Damaged Art
If your order arrived damaged, please reach out to us at info@pynecovegalleries.com with your order number, a picture of the damaged art, your full name, and a brief description of what is wrong. Please allow us three business days from the day you reach out to us to reply with next steps for resolving your damaged art issue.
Cancellations
We are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Once they are delivered to the destination address, they are able to be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
